What are examples of companies that had traded OTC and then subsequently moved to a major US exchange? I am trying to understand what that looks like. Does the OTC shares automatically get converted into shares on the other exchange? Would the same float (and trading price) apply? Does the company undergo some sort of new IPO process or re-issuance of shares?
