Now the cold weather is here its time for stews and casseroles. I always find I have plenty of the gravy left so I freeze it and use with other meals. For example I had Somerset Pork Casserole (I use packet mixes) a few days ago, last night we had chops so I used the rest of the gravy with the chops, they were delicious with the gravy.
