I want to start investing some money I have laying around and also want to start investing what I can save month by month. What options do you recommend for people outside the US? I see everyone recommendeds Vanguard because of their low fees, but that one is only for US people.
On top of that what kind of investments you recommend? I want something safe that I can mostly just forget about and don't have to actively manage, like investing in a S&P 500 fund for example.
