Why would I choose to do business with Chase, Citi or Wells Fargo? Wouldn’t most people just recommend a credit union? And if not a credit union, aren’t the online banks (Ally, Capital One, etc.) at least a bit more tolerable with their ethics and customer service? Why would I ever do business with these big banks?
