I can be... a little anal about time. Historically, this has pushed me to drive on the fast side. (Nothing extreme though!) However, in the process of frugal-izing my life, I was reminded that driving faster lowers your fuel efficiency. Cue mental turmoil of money vs time, until I realized I could literally quantify in money how much driving X distance at Y speed was costing me. And I'd been thinking I'd have to get the data and set up a spreadsheet for myself, but in Googling for more information, I found this site that accepts the make/model of your car as input then produces graphs that quantify basically what I wanted to know.
I'd've liked to get the actual data on simply fuel efficiency vs speed, but one of the charts has literally the money saved per extra minute spent driving based on an input gas price, which I think answers my query nicely :)
