Wondering what personal finance would do if they had the option to make 53 percent more and get 8 percent 401k matching with 15 days PTO vs 53 percent less pay and 15 days PTO but 6 percent 401K matching. The only drawback is commuting any two days a week with free parking but no other perks. Insurance is covered by spouse and no car payment can be factored into the decision. The commute is 30 min to 45 min with traffic one way but hours are flexible meaning come in at 7 and leave at 3PM.
