I vested some stocks from my company's ESPP recently. I'm curious to know where the stocks come from since the paperwork says it was bought at a specific price. Is it from the open market or from their reserve?
If it's from the market, doesn't that mean, the price of the stock would jump a tad bit when the company does purchase those shares?
