Mine are:

  • Zojirushi induction rice cooker (300 msrp), $30
  • Cerwin Vega RE30 speakers (300 used now), $30
  • Bread machine, $5
  • 36" Sony HD CRT TV (undeterminable price now, $2000 in 2002), ~free~
  • HP color laser network printer, $20
  • My rottie, MSRP of priceless, for $165 (plus 7k for cancer later, but that doesn't count)
  • Neato D5, $80
  • LG front load washer, paid me $150 through two flips, a Samsung and then another Samsung.
  • Near new Kenmore dishwasher, $200 (I love it, it costs $6 a month to run it every other day and saves a lot of water)

There are others I'm forgetting but those are off the top of my head.

RE: rule 6, I got all of these things by compulsively checking marketplace every day. All were within an hour and a half of me. I love haggling. Getting an armful of fun crap at Goodwill or similar, and offering the price of one of the items and them taking it, is such a rush.
