I ask for things like redeeming a vanilla code on the McDonalds app for free then asking for a side of the chocolate sauce and a cup to make my own free sundae (saves $3).
I also buy gift cards for 6% off using my cashback credit card for dining places including AMC concessions (for when my nephews visit) and Chipotle, etc.
I also don’t fret about taking lots of condiments home whenever I’m out at a place that offers them.
