I'm leaning towards EWRE, but would be interested in others' opinions. I don't want to buy a singular stock (e.g., O), but want a relatively safe REIT etf. The size of the dividends are less important to me than the stability of the etf. Any good recommendations, or would you also recommend EWRE?
