I see so many folks on this sub planning for long-term goals. Obviously that's the name of the game and that's great and all, but say that's suddenly no longer an option. Ten, maybe fifteen years left to live. Decent job. No one else to take care of.

What's would you advise someone like that do? What financial moves should they make to maximize the last five years or so of their life so that they have the most opportunity?
