I've seen 2 sites now that do this. This is not a shipping fee, it's just to "process" your order "faster". So if you don't pony up the extra $4.99 or whatever, your order will just sit in the inbox for a few days & the company will get to it whenever they feel like it. So they're now deliberately slowing down to try to wring a few extra bucks out of you. Annoying.
