I'm generous with other people and will cook for them, but when it comes to myself I don't care about food. I only eat to give my body fuel and it seems like a nuisance that I keep having to stop to do this. I'm living alone ATM and trying to keep my food-costs down. This is my first weekly shop, could anyone tell me what nutrients im missing or need to add? I also take vitamins for protein, Iron, D, C and B12.
