I purchased my new construction home last year June and they finally completed the build this week. I bought the home for 790k with a 2.375% rate and the appraisal came back yesterday at 930k!!! I’m extremely conservative and don’t plan on moving anytime soon and wonder what would some of you financially advanced individuals do? My current balance is 630k Open to all advice
