Would buying a few pairs of period underwear save me money on disposable pads? I'm not into cups.
I can get period underwear for around $15-20 each on Amazon (not the $60 brand name pairs) and a package of pads at the store can be near $10 for a pack of 20 or so (Canada prices, man.) I have one pair already, not sure how many I'd need.
Obviously the underwear needs washing and eventual replacing. But using up disposables feels like tossing money out, and then having to buy more. Less shopping, less spending, less waste are my goals.
Any suggestions from frugal period survivors welcome!
