I've got a few particle board cube storage furniture pieces (think the kind that comes flat-packed from Target), and I'm moving acrose the country soon. I have 3 options: (1) try to pack them fully assembled, (2) try to disassemble them to pack flat and reassemble in the new place, or (3) offload them on fb marketplace/Craigslist and re-purchase in the new city.
Do you have experience moving with particle board furniture? How did it go? I'm concerned about durability but would prefer to not waste the cash re-buying if it's not necessary. Thanks!
EDIT: I'll be using a PODS/UPACK container to move, so it would be nice to pack flat and save space, if that won't completely destroy them.
