I LOVE Paul Mitchell's Tea Tree shampoo. The scalp tingle it has helps soothe itchiness and dandruff and it has a clean mint and tea tree smell I love that lingers longer than regular shampoo fragrance. I especially love it in the summer when it is hot and I am doing yard work, and I take a shower afterward and it cools me down. But it is SO expensive. Like $35 for shampoo and conditioner (and the bottle is tiny) ON SALE.
I was today years old when I thought about adding peppermint and tea tree essential oil to any regular shampoo to see if I can re create the tingle effect. It works perfectly!!! Frugal win!
