The title says it all, my place of work banned tipping and everyone is taking it seriously so I'm now making a flat $21 an hour. I've seen Uber drivers in my area pulling in about $30 an hour. I drive a paid off Prius with 120k miles and have a backup savings for my car specifically in the event that it breaks down. Don't want to rush to put in my two weeks and go full time Uber but it's looking like the right decision. Any advice is welcome in the comments!
