Not 100% sure if this is the right sub for this question. I’m a 23 year old with about 5 years of customer service experience, no degree and only two semesters worth of college completed. I’ve just received a job offer from someone who I have been working with indirectly for the past year. The role I’ve been offered is a management position of a boutique hotel in a niche tourist area in the south. The compensation that was proposed was 40k a year USD. Currently a small company but I’ve seen the profit margins and know of the intentions to expand. Wanted to get second opinions on this before I sign the offer letter. Thanks In advance.
