Hi, I need a car. The current new car market is berserk. It's crazy because of some shortages. The car I'm really interested in is currently marked above MSRP, like $5k!! Can you believe it? Therefore I'm going to wait it out.
But I need a car. I'm willing to spend up to $500/month to rent. I tried Budget, Avis, etc. All of their websites quote me something like $1000 or more for a month. Is there any place where I can rent for 3-6 months a car for $500 or less. Any decent car will do.
I live in the Los Angeles area.
