I have 4 asset classes and 1 is doing well. That one is real estate but it is not liquid. The other 3 are cash, stocks, and crypto. Cash is just sitting there and hopefully not losing too much value from inflation. Crypto and stocks are a little scary right now. However $SAVA is doing great and has big catalyst is coming in July. I hope that some people like me will research $sava. You will really be doing yourself a favor. And if you are able to get into real estate, you should. It helps me sleep at night when other assets are falling.
