A European friend of mine gifted us one recently and I can't believe what I've been missing. I know it feels a little taboo, but everyone poops.
Pros: save toilet paper, less clogging, extended septic service, clean feeling, easy to install diy kits
Cons: takes a little getting used to, initial purchase cost
