According to money cnn, individual stakeholders owns 2.2% of Facebook, but when I look up how much Mark owns on google, it says he owns 30% of company, how is this possible?

Institutional ownership of FB stands at $1.9 billion shares or 79.91% of shares outstanding. This is in-line with the Internet Software/Services industry average.

Mark Zuckerberg (Founder and CEO) now owns 29.3 percent of Facebook's Class A shares (NASDAQ:FB), compared to the time of the IPO, (which you can read in full here) when Zuckerberg owned 28.2% of Facebook.

Like the number do not add up?
