Hi everyone, I live in California and an average house costs $1,000,000 in my area. It’s recommended to do a 20% down payment however that’s $200,000. It’s ridiculously stressful thinking I’m probably never going to be able to pay it off early until I cash out on my Roth IRA in my 60s.
I’m in my mid 20s and willing to have an aggressive asset allocation.
I’m wondering which specific Fidelity Index Funds or other Fidelity funds and percentages I should allocate to grow my money. I was thinking FXAIX (Fidelity 500 Index Fund), FSKAX (Fidelity Total Market Index Fund), and FSPSX (Fidelity International Fund). Any recommendation or advice?
