In Nov 2019 I was sent an email saying I signed up for a gym membership. I thought it was a scam bc I hadn’t been to that gym since I started to attend a university abt an hr away and I would use that gym at school. Where the signature is signed at is not mine and forged. The reason they have my information was bc I was a member years back. I was a full time student commuter and I was recovering from acl reconstruction surgery. Is there any way I can prove I didn’t sign it and not pay the balance on the account?
