Yes, quadfecta is a word. I looked it up.

Here is my contribution:

Ingredients:

1/3 box of spaghetti, preferably whole grain, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter (optional), 1/4 tsp red chili flake, 1 clove garlic, minced finely, 1/8ish cup lemon juice, 1/4 tsp dried parsley, 1/4 tsp dried basil or oregano (optional), Salt and pepper to taste, Parmesan cheese to taste

Steps:

  1. Par-boil your pasta for 3 minutes.
  2. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain
  3. Add butter, olive oil, chili flake and garlic to pan, saute for 30-60 seconds on medium heat
  4. Toss pasta back in, let fry for 30-60 seconds
  5. Add parsley and other dried herbs
  6. Add lemon juice and pasta water, let reduce while stirring until emulsified
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste
  8. Serve in a bowl, add parmesan to taste
  9. If you want to get fancy, soak up the leftover oil with some nice bread.

Feel free to pair this with your choice of meat and lay on a bed of veggies if you so choose. The cost on this is maybe 50 cents a serving if I were to guess and it takes about 15 mins to make.
