Hey guys, I did a quick search on this subreddit about bidets to see what everyone else was saying and I seen a lot of posts about stuff that costs £15/$15+.
My whole life I've been using nothing but a jug and recently no tissue. It's really simple, fill the jug up with water at your preferred temperature and pour a stream of water behind or in front, whichever spreads to the desired area to clean better. When I used to use tissue, I just got it wet as I bought it closer to the area that needs to be cleaned and wiped and finished off the remainder with my hand after dropping it. That's it. My bum is clean and I'm good to go!
Anyway, this will cost you nothing if you have a jug laying around. I know this seems gross but i imagine the more you practice it the more normal it feels and hey you're doing the environment, your wallet and your plumbing a favour!! Just make sure to wash your hands after x
