Pennsylvania is $7.25, Jersey is $10.50 or $12 if it's agricultural or not

I am currently in southeast Pennsylvania, I am 19, have worked at a horse farm for $10 an hour for a few months on weekends, I have done a non paid internship at a cow farm during school because I hate school, wanted to get stronger, and wanted more resume stuffing. During summer I worked at an arboretum for $14 an hour for 3 months.

Skip the next 2 paragraphs to get right to the point.

I am someone who values consistency over huge fluctuations in pay from month to month. I have 4 years of photography experience from a tech highschool, and have been offered generous paying paid internships but I don't ever want to do photography as a job. I dislike being in crowds of people. I dislike having the possibility to mess up because while in other jobs things can be repaired, you can't revert time. I don't like how a boss assigns worth to an art form, if I wanted so badly to work doing photography I'd be self employed.

I tried to get out of photography in tech 2 years in, but the teacher, the administration, and my mother kept forcing me to do it when I wanted to do carpentry. Now I am doing an entrance exam for a cheap 2 year carpentry major in a technical university tommarow so I can get into a union apprenticeship without relying on connections. I have built stairs, and cut 3/4 plywood with a jigsaw, I have restored wooden furniture, I am about to add help siding to a house. I have been working out a lot and have been stretching and eating well to be prepared to do this work long term.

If carpentry somehow doesn't work out, my next long term solution is to move to Jersey to do landscaping or farming. I don't like interacting with people but can handle a crew, not a bunch of people. I don't want to be a cashier or anything like that and it seems picky, but I am willing to do really strenuous stuff so I think I am fine. I am also open to stocking shelves, janitorial work, warehouse work, etc.
