If someone could really predict the market and individual stock performance, they will not tell you about it. They will gather every cent they have and invest it themselves. Telling people would increase their cost, they have no incentive to do so. Many people giving advice will do the exact opposite of what they advise, they are trying to influence the market to their own personal advantage.
This is common sense and business 101. Stop believing investment advice, or at least take it with a huge grain of salt.
