I live in an old house with the cheapest rent I could find. The climate outside is brutal in the winter and I find that I’m wrapped in blankets and always in long sleeves and long pants for warmth. We occupy the top floor of the house and the people downstairs control the heat. I also have a porch door connected to my room, which a cheap draft stopper from the dollar store is shoved into the crack. I was advised against a space heater because of how dangerous they are..
How can I stay warm inside without spending so much money? What do you layer up in inside that keeps you comfortable and warm inside?
