I received a final notice (this was actually the first time I received the notice) on 12/28, it was dated for 12/1. I immediately made the full payment on 12/28. Website confirms a $0 balance.
Fast forward to today, I receive a letter from a collection agency stating that my account was sent to collections over the same amount that I already paid. What do I do? By the way, it was $35..
