Background info: So i am working as an architect and they pay me the bare minimum so my paycheck is barely enough for food and rent, i am also actively looking for another job for the last four months but no one is hiring or only hires people with 10+ years experience i only have a year long experience without the internships and graduated this february(i started working before graduation) Recently found out via my friend who is closer with the employers that since i don't give maximum effort i might get fired, maximum effort for them means work for free after hours and on my lunch breaks even though we work 6 days a week for only ~$400 per month. I am sick of the job and kind of happy to hear this but don't know what will happen if i lose this job since I can't find another one during the pandemic, what would you do if you were me?
