I have heard good things about SPHD, it’s correctly ~$38 a share. I’ve had some money in AGNC which is a REIT, it’s cheap at ~$15 a share, and pays the same per share as SPHDs dividend, but is nowhere near as diversified as SPHD, so I’m not comfortable putting as much money into it.
What monthly’s do you guys own?
