Hi there, I started being interested in investing when Covid hit. I started in May 2020 and I have made a 25% profit since. Ive been sticking to the same strategy since the start, but how do I know if its my strategy working or if its the overall market increasing? I know a lot of stocks have been way down because of lockdown and restrictions, but many stocks (like technology) have increased dramatically. Is the best way to tell if my strategy is working to wait it out and compare it in the long run? Or would it be best to just compare to the overall market?
