For those who purchase glasses from Eyebuydirect, does the company allow for free returns?
I recently ordered two pairs of glasses and found myself unhappy with one of them.
Before I call customer support, I want to make sure that the returns are completely free and that they'll email a Free Return Shipping Label or QR code (similar to Amazon).
Experiences with Eyebuydirect returns are also appreciated!
