Thanks to my job I've accumulated a lot of shares of MSFT. Though I'm definitely long-term bullish on the company, thanks to both RSUs and the employee stock purchase program it's grown to be my 2nd largest position (and my largest is VTSAX which also contains a lot of MSFT...)

I was wondering if I could get some suggestions of things to diversify away from MSFT, some thoughts I had are:

- Small or mid cap ETFs, maybe VO or VB

- REITs, don't know much about these

- Sector or region specific, such as health care

- Crypto, a small percent at most

I'm interested in mid and high risk investment options, since I'm young and have a long time horizon. I prefer index funds and ETFs since I don't have the patience to read a lot about companies or the market and trying to pick good stocks. I'm also not at a place where I'm ready to invest in real estate but hope to be in ~5 years, so I'm interested in some value-holding, safer investments, but overall I have a pretty high risk tolerance (kept buying all through 2020) and am looking for long term growth.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
