I’m a dumb grown up who is both lazy and lucky. Joined the corps at 17 (dumb), didn’t die (lucky). Been through a lot of rough times, now I spend my days living in my van at the beach. I have a retirement of about 3k and am selling a paid off property for which I’ll get about 300k. I’m dumb and will probably waste this money on a fancy new van camper, hookers and travel. I’m sure there are smart people who could turn 300k into millions but I’m dumb. So if you were me, coming into 300k, what would you do? Thanks.
