Just last week I finished my first home edition. It was quite the journey and lasted all summer. I finished the drawings last winter, had the slab poured in the fall and started framing April 26th. this tested me so many times along the way. I had some help but the project was mostly competed by myself. I did all the drawings my self and I would say it cost round 30k. I didn’t keep a Great budget but every menards trip was costly.
