If you don't have a Costco membership, you can order online and pay 5% more. A lot of bulk items, particularly medicine, is still much cheaper than anywhere else.

I don't have a membership, and I live alone so there's no reason for me to bother with it. However, I use it once/year to stock up on allergy medicine and Vitamin D.

There's free shipping, and the 5% surcharge still puts it well ahead of Walmart, the 2nd-cheapest option I can find.

I get Aller-tec for 4.2 cents (after the surcharge) at Costco. Walmart has its generic Zyrtec for 11 cents each at the cheapest.
