Junction box only has a red wire with no ends.
Mortgage has $120K balance at 2.99% interest rate with about 7 years left. My husband is very risk averse with investments and we are making very little in interest. Does it make sense to pay this off? He likes the liquidity but I question why we should pay the interest.
