Kind of a weird question but im not really sure where else to post this, does anyone gave experience refunding an event ticket that was postponed due to Coronavirus? I purchased tickets via SeatGeek for a concert that was to be held at the beginning of the year, but was cancelled. The concert was "postponed indefinitly" and currently the date says "TBD"
The ticket site says refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled, and since the event hasnt actually been cancelled, they are not offering a refund. However it seems a bit unfair for a company to hold onto my money for what is about..7 months now, with no actual date or anything for when it will be rescheduled. Ive tried everything I can with the ticket company, now the only thing left is to refund it through my credit card company, but im a little hesitant to do that
