Assuming you have a job, what are your plans regarding the President's announcement to defer the payroll tax? Up your 401k? Add to cash/emergency fund? Hookers and blow? Also, what exactly is the effect of "deferment"? Will we have to pay it back at the end of the year? Will it be taken out of next year's refunds?
