Is it really necessary to spend all the money for an “outdoor-rated” refrigerator? BBQ Guys sells a number of stainless fridges, with pictures of them installed in islands, but they’re not “outdoor rated”. It seems like the outdoor rated ones can easily got for a grand or more, but other stainless fridges (NOT outdoor rated) by Blaze, etc, that could theoretically be used in an island in an outdoor kitchen for $3-500.
