I recently relocated to Midland, TX and I've come to realize my Landlords has stuck with the bare damned minimum regarding Air Conditioning on a very open floor space (Dining, Kitchen & Living Room in one)
They've got an 8000 BTU Frigidaire that feels like it'll only air condition 50% of the room, until you open the door at which point that value becomes Inverse. I want to say the space is roughly 800 Square Footage.
