I am a rising sophomore who became an RA to save some money. My college is implementing hybrid learning method and allowing students to live on campus. My boss(es) made it clear that if RAs choose not to come for the fall semester, we would be quitting the job. I want to go back to college to keep my job, but my parents (who are paying for my tuition) prefer me to stay home. What do I do? My college is near Chicago but Illinois have been pretty stable it seems.
