Hello there!
I am looking to buy an heirloom quality weekender bag from one of these companies. I want something that will look good, be durable, and stand the test of time fashion wise so that it can be passed on.
Specifically, I am looking at these two:

I’m also considering a Frank Clegg duffle but that’s a distant third for the time being.
Does anyone have any experience with these bags? I’m interested in the quality of the leathers. The Coronado uses Horween which is my absolute favorite tannery. I don’t know much about the quality of the leather S&P uses. I like the clean look of the Coronado but the utility of the S&P cannot be denied.
As you can see, I’m having trouble deciding. Any help or insight would be welcome.
