We caught her lying to us when we have got her on the phone. She speaks to us like we are a nuisance and has given us the wrong information every single time we have spoken to her. We are supposed to be closing on our house this friday, but she recently disappeared and neglected to have her second appraiser visit the house delaying the process for another few weeks. We are currently homeless as we gave up our apartment. Her negligence is costing us thousands of dollars. Is there anything I can do about this?
