Can we please discuss a ban on posts asking about shipping delays, order statuses, website issues, etc? This sub is not the customer service line for Old Navy. Just because you got a killer clearance deal at Loft doesn't mean you need to post here asking when your order will ship. Seriously, I know I'm free to downvote and move along, and I do, but I would like to see the rules updated to disallow "customer service" type posts.
