Some years ago I started decluttering my life of everything that was somehow distracting me. At the beginning I thought the feeling was amazing so I got rid of more and more but now that I own so little, I just want to keep throwing away my possessions. Some days I have this idea that I won't be free until I own nothing at all but I know this is not true. I want to stop thinking that I need to throw everything away because I don't think this mindset is healthy either. Have you ever been "addicted" to decluttering? How did you stop?
