So, I paid a seller of masks money through PayPal. The seller did not ship the item despite repeated reminders, the documentation of which I submitted to PayPal. After FIVE weeks, the seller stopped responding, so I opened a dispute and messaged the seller that I'm moving out of state and to send a refund. The seller THEN decided to ship the item to the old address and I have no way to get it as I'm out of state. So I escalated the issue and they closed out the ticket automatically within a minute?! What should I do next to get my money back? The customer service reps keep changing each time I message them and they keep repeating the same thing about seller shipped?! Seller shipped but was not timely or responsive to my messages! Any way to escalate this beyond their messaging system?
Edit: money went out of bank account, not credit card.
